How do I start an order with STEELLY?
Call us, send a WhatsApp message or submit the quote form. We understand your requirement, schedule a free site visit in Dehradun and share a written quotation before any work begins.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. Within Dehradun, site visit and measurement are free. For Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Haridwar and Roorkee, visits are scheduled together with your project timeline.
What payment terms do you follow?
A material advance confirms your order and the balance is paid at installation. Every quotation clearly lists material, grade, hardware, fabrication and installation, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Process & Timeline
How long does fabrication take after measurement?
Most gates and railings are installed within 1 to 3 weeks after design approval. Complex laser-cut work or large commercial projects can take longer, and the timeline is stated in the quotation.
Can I visit the workshop while my order is being fabricated?
Yes, and we encourage it. You can see your gate or railing taking shape and check the material and finishing yourself at our Clement Town workshop.
Do you install on weekends or evenings?
Installation slots are planned around your convenience, including weekends. Apartment societies often prefer specific hours, and we follow society rules.
After-Sales & Care
How do I clean and maintain stainless steel?
A soft cloth with plain water or mild soap is enough for routine cleaning. Avoid harsh chlorine cleaners. We also share a short maintenance guide after installation.
What if something needs fixing later?
Call or WhatsApp us with your order details. Warranty-covered issues are resolved free; other service visits are done at minimal cost. After-sales support is part of our process, not an extra.
