What the Warranty Covers (12 Months)

- Physical damage, accidents or vehicle impact.
- Repairs or modifications attempted by others.
- Damage from harsh chemicals like chlorine or acid cleaners.
- Environmental surface spots on a grade chosen for budget use (e.g., SS 202 in open outdoor exposure) — we explain this risk before you choose.
Rust Spots: The Honest Explanation
Dehradun's monsoon humidity and winter fog leave mineral deposits on steel surfaces. Most "rust" complaints are surface spots, not structural rust — and they clean off.
- Surface spots appear from dust, cement splashes or hard water — regular wiping prevents them.
- SS 304 resists these spots far better than 202; that is why we recommend 304 outdoors.
- If a spot does not clean off on the quoted grade, we inspect it personally.

- After construction or painting work at home, wipe splashes off the same day.

How long is the STEELLY warranty?
We provide a 12-month warranty on fabrication and installation workmanship. Branded hardware carries the respective brand warranty, which we help you claim.
Are rust spots on stainless steel covered under warranty?
Surface spots caused by environment, construction dust or harsh cleaners are not structural defects. We inspect, clean and guide you on care. If spots appear due to material fault against the quoted grade, we make it right under warranty.
Do you repair work done by other fabricators?
Yes. We inspect existing gates or railings and give a repair or replacement estimate. Inspection for outside work is chargeable and adjusted if you proceed with us.
