How STEELLY Works — From First Call to Final Installation
A steel project involves your money, your home and your time. Our process is built to keep all three safe: clear quotation first, workshop inspection if you want, and clean installation at the end.

Share Your Requirement
Call, WhatsApp or quote form. Photos, sizes or just an idea — all are enough to start.

Free Site Visit & Measurement
We measure the exact site, check fixing surfaces and note access conditions in Dehradun and nearby cities.

Design Discussion & Written Quotation
You approve the design and grade. The quotation lists material, hardware, fabrication, installation and timeline.

Fabrication at Clement Town Workshop
Cutting, welding and finishing happen under supervision. You are welcome to visit and inspect.

Quality Check Before Dispatch
Dimensions, weld finishing, finish uniformity and hardware operation are checked before loading.

Installation & Site Clean-Up
Fixing, alignment and hardware testing on site. We hand over a clean, working installation.

After-Sales Support & Warranty
Any issue after installation is handled on call/WhatsApp. Warranty terms are explained on our warranty page.

Process FAQs
Can I change the design after the quotation?
Minor changes are possible before fabrication starts. Major design changes after material cutting may need a revised quotation, so we confirm the final design with you in writing first.
Who handles civil work like core cutting or slab opening?
Fixing-related core cutting and civil support is coordinated with you. Most customers use their own mason; we can also arrange it at actual cost.
Can I inspect my gate before it leaves the workshop?
Yes. We invite you to check dimensions, finishing and hardware before dispatch. It is your right as a customer and we prefer transparent delivery.
What happens on installation day?
Our team arrives with the fabricated structure, fixes it as per measurement, aligns gates and doors, tests hardware, and cleans the work area before handover.
